DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
No, We currently only offer UK shipping to England, Wales, Scotland and northern Ireland. Our shipping costs are a flat fee of £2.95 to all provinces. We also offer free delivery to all provinces on orders over £50.
ARE THE PRODUCTS IN YOUR ETSY SHOP THE SAME AS ON THE WEBSITE?
The items we sell in out Etsy shop are all handmade or craft supply items. Some of our items on our website may be the same or similar, however the majority of our items are different in order to provide a full range of products.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30 day return policy on all orders from the date of delivery. We aim to provide high quality products and customer satisfaction at all times but if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or you have simply changed your mind please don't hesitate to contact us. Buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged. For more information please read out returns policy in full.
CAN IÂ RETURN *NATURAL MATERIAL* PRODUCTS?
We sell a lot of items such as wood, crystal or stone. These items are marked as *natural material* products as they may contain natural blemishes in shape, colour and appearance. Any of these products can be returned for any reason within our 30 day return policy for a full refund for the items amount only. Buyer is responsible for return postage unless item is damaged in transit. For more information view our detailed return policy.
CAN ORDERS FROM YOUR WEBSITE AND ETSY SHOP BE COMBINED?
Our Etsy shop and website shop run independently to each other, so unfortunately orders can’t be combined. Separate postage costs will be calculated for orders from each shop.
CAN I REQUEST PRODUCTS THAT AREN’T CURRENTLY SOLD IN YOUR SHOP?
Yes. We encourage requests of products in high demand that we don’t currently stock in our shop. Although we can’t guarantee that we will be able to fulfil a certain request or that we will sell products we don’t think fits our shop aesthetic, all requests are welcome.
